Our Online Application is the fastest, easiest way to buy IAP Kids Plus™ Accident Insurance. 128-bit encryption ensures your information is secure.

Please note you will need to provide credit card information to submit your application online. We accept Visa and MasterCard only.
2) Mail
Download (PDF - 158 KB) and print the enrolment form. Complete in full, and mail it with your payment (Cheque, Money Order or Credit Card) to:

3) Fax
Download (PDF - 158 KB) and print the enrolment form. Complete in full, and fax it with your credit card payment to: 1 888 553-5433.
